The deadline for peer-reviewed articles for the 2023 issue of our journal Studies in Oral History has been extended to 16 December 2022.
The 2023 issue aligns with the theme of the 2022 Oral History Australia biennial conference ‘Oral history in troubling times: Opportunities & challenges’. This theme invites reflections on the challenges and issues of undertaking oral history in troubling times, and to consider how oral history can illuminate the lived experience of troubling times both in the past and in our contemporary world.
Articles which relate to the special issue theme are particularly welcome but not mandatory.
